This course offers a guide to human development principles that apply to developing the capacity of both leader and learner performance.

    What will you learn?

    Advance your leadership capacity through deepening your understanding of human development theory, principles and tools.

    How will you learn?

    • Cohort based, therefore you will progress with the same group of learners (also in senior leadership positions)
    • Blended learning including live virtual classroom sessions and self-paced learning
    • There are 5 virtual classroom sessions spread over 10 weeks to allow time to complete self-paced learning in between sessions
    • Virtual classes are held on a Tuesday between 2pm and 5pm (BST) and are used to consolidate and explore learning 
    • Self-paced learning content and linked activities are provided digitally via our learning platform
    • There is a learning community available for facilitator and peer interactions
    • Regular feedback and touch-points throughout the course in a range of formats
    • Two 1:1 coaching sessions with one of our professional coaches

    What will you do?

    The Developing Leaders, Developing Learners course is centred around a personal development workbook composed of mini-projects which apply the core frameworks and principles within the content. These mini-projects form stepping stones within your larger development map.

    Along the journey you are required to complete a number of tasks including a reflective journey and virtual classroom activities.

    Our virtual classroom sessions a workshop based allowing collaboration and discussion with peers and our expert facilitator.

    Who is this course for?

    This course is designed to focus on the ‘self’ aspect of leadership. It is aimed educators in senior positions within their organisation who:
    • Are new to leadership


    • Have taken on a new leadership position

    • Are seeking to enhance their leadership knowledge and practices

    • Are looking to better understand their own development journey and seeking guidance in going forward
