What can you offer that I cannot get at other online schools?

Our leadership courses take a unique approach using the principles of human development. We work with you on your unique journey to understand and apply key frameworks to navigate and build your professional leadership capacity to take your team and your organisation forward. By taking a blended learning approach you have the opportunity to engage with your peer group and actively discuss content and key issues with our expert facilitators to gain insight and build your perspective around core issues.

We further provide 2 x 1:1 coaching sessions with our executive coaches within each course to tailor your course experience and guide you development core personally to your own aspirations and context.

Do I need previous experience ?

There’s no need to have any prior knowledge for courses however interest and leadership responsibilities ensure the course is relevant to you! We'll teach you all the key frameworks and toolkits from the ground up you’ll gain all the knowledge and skills that will transform your leadership.

How can I choose my courses?

Our courses progress through focuses on the self, the collective and systems. We strongly encourage all learners to being with our Developing Leaders, Developing Learners course which provides the space for you to better understand yourself both as a person and as a leader, your strengths and your aspirations. When can I start?

As a cohort based course we have set start dates across the year. Each of our cohorts starts at the beginning of each school term (Autumn, Spring and Summer) and run for 10 weeks. The date of the week your live sessions run will be specified once you have been assigned to your cohort. You can enrol in our courses at any time during the year.
